Theatre Art Galleries is a place for people to see new art and learn about different techniques. They have three spacious galleries each year, with exhibits ranging from traditional paintings to experimental work done on paper or canvas by various artists in residence there at the time of opening – you never know what might be waiting. The TAG also offers weekend workshops where they teach classes such as drawing comic books, which will help aspiring graphic designers blossom into professionals one day; during summer months when schools are closed down (or if your child wants extra educational opportunities), these camps offer fun activities like painting landscapes using watercolor paints right before he/she sets off again onto college life.

Situated at 220 E Commerce Ave, 27260 High Point, NC, Theatre Art Galleries (TAG) of High Point, NC, has been providing visual art exhibits and educational experiences for the enrichment of our community since 1975. Every year they host approximately 16 shows featuring solo or group artwork in a variety of showings that are open to everyone! The staff also offers classes on different types of painting techniques so you can learn more about this awesome hobby, too – just ask them when signing up; it’s always great knowing there are people out there willing to teach others their passion without any expectation other than what feels right.”

The TAG is the premier provider of visual art in High Point, providing spaces for artists and audiences alike. Established as a program by the Arts Council with limited space from 1975- 1996, it became an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization 23 years ago to continue its commitment towards creativity.

In the heart of downtown High Point, Theatre Art Galleries offers an opportunity for residents and visitors to enjoy art from around North Carolina. On two floors in spacious galleries are exhibited paintings by international artists as well locally recognized ones such that you can find your favorite work among them. The TAG also has one or more juried shows every year, with a jury selecting each piece on display based on its quality alone; no low-quality submissions are allowed here.

They have a program that aims to supplement and enhance classroom art education for students who come from less advantaged backgrounds. Artsmart’s mission statement: “To increase access in communities throughout America.” The organization provides after-school tutoring, art workshops with professional artists on either paper-based or digital mediums of expression, as well as gallery space where people can view work created by talented individuals just like themselves.
